Interior
All furniture, floors and carpets will be protected with protective coverings from start to finish, Watermarks, smoke stains, pen marks, or other unsightly blemishes that could show through new paint will be properly primed and sealed. Cracks and holes in walls or ceilings will be repaired with spackle or drywall, sanded smooth and primed. Holes in wood work will be filled, sanded smooth and primed. Open joints and gaps between surfaces will be caulked and filled for a clean appearance. All interior walls, doors and trim will be sprayed, brushed and rolled with only top grade professional coatings.
Upon job completion we completely inspect the area and remove all debris.
Exterior
All surrounding areas around your home or business will be properly protected with drop cloths, tape and plastic from over spraying. This includes windows, doors, ground surfaces, landscaping, roof, etc.
All surfaces painted will be pressure washed and cleaned prior to paint application. Loose paint from any surface will be removed & scraped. Primer will be used on all bare surfaces for the proper adhesion of the paint.
Mildew, fungus and other surface contaminates will be treated with the proper additives. Loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Open gaps will be filled with new expansion joint compound, foam or caulking. Minor repairs of stucco and wood surfaces will be repaired.
Exterior walls are sprayed with 100% acrylic exterior coating. The acrylic coating will be sprayed and back rolled, then sprayed with a second coat.
After your home or business has been painted, we completely inspect the area and remove any debris.
Commercial Painting
